Eligibility Criteria
- Parent(s) whose children have 70% or more disability/mental retardation.
- Applicant should be from BPL family.
- Women/Separate Women are eligible to apply under this scheme.
- Close relatives (women- as mentioned in above category) who act as caregivers of severely handicapped/mentally handicapped patients can also apply.
- Unmarried / Abandoned by Unmarried Mothers / Husbands / Legally Divorced
- The application form along with the detailed project report regarding self-employment will have to be submitted to the concerned District Social Justice Officers.
